We stock a $10+ million inventory of new in box, warrantied products across Square-D, Eaton, GE, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Crouse-Hinds, Appleton, Bussman, Hammond Power, and ACME. We can deliver to any branch or job site the same day, next day air, or usually within 2 business days with ground service, from our regional US distribution centers. We are proud to serve many of the nations largest distributors and local independents, focused on providing new in box product. Integrity
The majority of new products which we sell are sourced directly from the manufacturer either by LiveWire or a strategic partner. LiveWire's rigorous documented process eliminates any ambiguity between new and used product. Any product which does not conform is marked as new pullout and sold as such. If required, we are 100% confident that we can supply only 100%, brand new in a box product based on such a need.

LiveWire has very strict policies in place to ensure the authenticity of all products which we stock. Our documented receiving process uses the manufacturer provided examples of counterfeit product, in order to examine all product coming in from non-direct manufacturer sources. On a regular basis, we audit our vendors to make sure that they only provide authentic product. We score each vendor on an overall reliability score which consists of the quality and condition of the parts they ship and the timeliness of order fulfillment.

Commitment to Premium Vendor Relationships
LiveWire is an authorized partner of Hammond Power, Bussman, and ACME. For most of the manufacturers we carry, LiveWire can provide product with a Certificate of Compliance, if required. LiveWire sells product which complies with all applicable local safety regulations and certifications (CE, UL, etc.).

LiveWire offers three types of product to our customers: new in box, new pullout, and refurbished/reconditioned. We offer a full warranty on all products we sell for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Warranty page for instructions to submit a warranty claim. All of our new in box product is inspected according to specific policies so that it conforms to that manufacturer's packaging policies.
