  • Can I buy over the phone with a credit card?

    While we carry a $10+ million inventory, there will be parts which aren’t listed. We have a limited quantity of many other items and can also order the item for you quickly. Please call us and let an electrical supply expert assist you - 800-390-3299.

  • Are your products brand new, in the box?

    Yes, all of our items are brand new. Most distributors are locked in at a set price based on regional-price restrictions set by manufacturers. LiveWire is a national supplier with customers from California to New York and has and is able to set very low and highly competitive prices. We purchase from many manufacturers as well as through a number of strategic partners, who purchase straight from the manufacturer. Please ask if you require a Certificate of Compliance.

  • Are you an authorized distributor?

    We are an authorized distributor for several lines, including Bussman, Hammond Power, ACME, and others. We are adding new lines every month. Please call us if you have the requirement for a Certification of Compliance or Certification of Origin: 1-800-390-3299.

  • Can you ship the same day, after-hours, and on weekends?

    Yes, we offer expedited and same day shipping whether you need the part during business hours, after-hours, or on the weekend. LiveWire is always available to help with your emergency. Call 1-800-390-3299 and speak with one of our knowledgeable staff.

  • Where does my order ship from?

    We have regional stocking locations across the country. The most common items are stocked in multiple locations and can usually be shipped via 2-day ground service. Larger shipping locations include CA, TX, OH, NY, CO, MI, WA, OR, TN and GA. If you need a part the next day, you can still order it online, call us at 1-800-390-3299, chat with us, or email sales@livewiresupply.com.

  • How do I return a part?

    LiveWire strives to provide the best customer service and make returns easy and fast. Please email our Customer Service department at support@livewiresupply.com, anytime, or call us at 1-800-390-3299, during normal business hours. We will quickly confirm if your item is returnable and provide a Return Authorization so that you can send the item back to us. If you need a replacement, we can have that out to you immediately. Restocking fees may apply. Refer to our return policy.

  • How do I obtain a tracking number?

    After you place your order, please email or call a support specialist at support@livewiresupply.com and 800-390-3299 and they will be able to provide the tracking number and the status of your order.

  • Can I open an account and send a purchase order (PO)?

    Of course. Please fill out our simple credit application. Email or fax it back to us with a copy of your PO. Accounts typically take 24-48 hours to open. You will be contacted within 48 hours, with an update on your account standing.

  • Can I buy over the phone with a credit card?

    Yes, there is no order minimum and you don't have to have an account. You can always order over the phone at 1-800-390-3299, email, chat, or through our website.
